Catch- Up

So, I can't believe it's been a month since I've updated. The previous post is all about Addie's 3rd Birthday, but for now, here's a little post of what we've been up to!

We decided we would have a Super Bowl Party. Why not? A house full of people starting at 11pm and not ending till 3am? No problem. I put out a request for someone in America to please send some Rotel and Velveeta. I mean, what is a Super Bowl Party without Rotel? It's nothing, that's what. (And we got 3 different packages full of rotel/velveeta! We have some awesome friends!!!)

The girls helped me make these chocolate brownie roll out cookies- in the shape of footballs of course!

YUM! It had been way too long since we had some queso, so it was perfection!

And some friends and gap year peeps, hanging out during the game.....

Valentine's Day was the week of half term for us, so the girls were out of school, which was super fun! I made an easy dinner (chicken quesadillas) and we ate by candle-light and ended our dinner with chocolate cake!

During half-term week we also visited one of our favorite castles- Raglan Castle- about 30 minutes from our house.  We took Jordyn and Aspyn, our two American gap year students and adopted family members with us, and had a picnic after exploring the ruins.

And this is what happens when you give your kids the camera and aren't supervising:
