Addie-isms
Kids are so funny. Especially three year olds who are learning to say new words and phrases each day. Here are a few Addie-isms.
"Mummy, I want to tell you sump!" (something) - Although she said it correctly the other day and I about cried. Then I blamed Marc for correcting her, as he's been known to do! He denies it.
"Times (Sometimes) I like to play with that." Be still my heart.
I asked her if she needed to use the potty. She says no. I then asked her how long it had been since she had gone..."Last year!" Okay?
I told her "Addie, God loves you so much!" She responds, "Yes, Him do!" I want to eat her up.
One morning while we were all getting ready for school, she was carrying a book around moaning and crying, "I just need someone to read to me!" Hahaha. It's rough being three.
I asked her, "Addie, can you help me tidy up please?" She says, "Yes, my can Mummy."
Her sister was crying and while I was holding Addie she says, "I don't like it when Bailey cries." I then said, "Oh Addison, that is so sweet. You are such a sweet sister!" To which she says, "Ya, cuz it's noying (annoying) me!" Alrighty. Nevermind on the sweet sister part.
