*SIGH*

I'm sitting here trying not to bawl my eyes out. Chris Tomlin's Everlasting God is playing right now and we said goodbye to our friends this morning. There have been several things this past week that have just blessed me. First, our friends that live in France came for a visit like I mentioned before. Then Marc's Aunt Kay calls to tell me that someone in her church prays for me every morning. The wife of a couple that Marc had dinner with while he was in Atlanta in March wanted me to know that she prayed every morning for me. Ya'll. That just means so much to me and especially right now. Then we were blessed again with more visitors- our dear friends from our college days. Oh, we had a blast! Laughed, ate, teased each other, cried, the guys played golf, us girls talked and talked and took care of our babies... I didn't want them to leave this morning! Cerys said to me this morning, "Mommy, you always get sad when people come to see us!" Ha. No, I get sad when they have to leave!!! This afternoon, two really cool things happened but I will share those in our updates- which by the way we will be sending out soon! God has just blessed and encouraged me today and I can't tell you how much I needed it.

In my little daily devotional book Jesus Calling the theme lately has been about worry and anxiety, which are my constant friends it seems. Yesterday's entry said something about your worrying lead to "excessive planning" Boy, if that does not describe me I don't know what does!

Anyway, hope you have a lovely weekend.

Enjoy some pictures from the last few days...
